Our Shipping Approach

Cyberage creates home essentials for real homes and real routines.
To avoid excessive warehousing, overstock, and unnecessary emissions, many items are shipped directly from our trusted production partners and global fulfillment facilities.

This fulfillment model helps us to:

1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Each Cyberage order is prepared with care.

Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality checks, and packing before shipment.

Peak Seasons (Holidays / New Year)

During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee

We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.99 per order, regardless of destination.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because orders may be fulfilled through international partners, delivery times can vary by destination and local carrier conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note:

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after a label is created
  • If tracking doesn’t update right away, the parcel may still be moving through the carrier network

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are generally sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means:

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by your country are paid by the customer
  • Cyberage is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing

Customs charges are often uncommon for smaller home/household items, but rules differ by country.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing quickly to keep deliveries moving.

If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, contact us at support@cyberageofficial.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once an order enters processing, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

We care about your experience and will help resolve delivery issues as fairly and quickly as possible.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Email us photos within 72 hours of delivery
  • We will review and arrange a free replacement when confirmed

Lost in Transit

If the carrier confirms the package is lost:

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost
