At Cyberage, we want every purchase to feel like a thoughtful upgrade to your home. If something isn’t right, we’ll help you sort it out. Please read the policy below for details on returns, refunds, and other related requests.
1) Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following requirements:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received (no wipe marks, cleaning traces, or signs of handling)
- In original packaging with all included components (manuals, accessories, hardware/fasteners, tags, protective films, and seals where applicable)
- Include proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
For product integrity and safety, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used/installed, show wear, scratches, stains, missing parts, or broken/damaged seals.
2) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or installed products
- Items labeled Final Sale / Non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation/handling, or normal wear and tear
- Opened consumables (e.g., cleaners, refill oils), where applicable
3) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging (outer box, inner protection, and shipping label)
After review, we may offer (as appropriate) replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund.
4) How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact our support team:

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
5) Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Cyberage is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed during transit.
6) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it’s approved.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (timing depends on your bank/payment provider)
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except when the return is caused by our error (e.g., damaged/incorrect item)
7) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order.
8) Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card issuer (posting times vary)
- Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)

9) Order Cancellations
We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
- If your order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it
- If your order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process
10) Return Address
All returns must be authorized in advance. You must obtain Cyberage’s return instructions (e.g., return label and/or shipping requirements) before sending anything back.
