Online Ordering

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, so we may not be able to change or cancel an order once it’s submitted.
Please email support@cyberageofficial.com ASAP with your order number—we’ll do our best to help.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder first.
If it’s not there, email support@cyberageofficial.com and we’ll confirm your order status.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No—guest checkout is available. Creating an account helps you:

  • View your order history
  • Save shipping details
  • Track orders more easily

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and any additional payment options shown at checkout. Availability can vary by region.

Do you offer promo/discount codes?

Yes, from time to time. Please note:

  • One code per order unless stated otherwise
  • Codes cannot be applied after checkout (no retroactive discounts)

Shipping & Delivery

How long does processing and shipping take?

  • Processing time: usually 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
  • Delivery time: depends on your destination and the shipping option selected at checkout

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (when available).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to many countries/regions. If your location isn’t available at checkout, email support@cyberageofficial.com and we’ll check options.

Will I need to pay duties or customs fees?

For international orders, duties/taxes/customs fees may be charged by your local authorities. These are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.

My delivery is delayed—what can I do?

Delays can occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or customs.
Email us with your order number and we’ll help you review the tracking and next steps.

Tracking shows “delivered,” but I can’t find my package.

Please check:

  • Your mailbox/parcel locker/building reception
  • Around your delivery area (safe drop spots)
  • With neighbors/household members

If still missing, contact the carrier first. You can also email us—we’ll assist where possible.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Can I return items that were opened or used?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened/used items.

What if my item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please email support@cyberageofficial.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and the outer packaging

We’ll review and resolve it as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider).

Are Cyberage products safe for everyday use?

What materials are your products made from?

Materials vary by item (e.g., fabric, plastic, metal, glass, wood, ceramic). Each product page lists the material and key specifications.

Is there a smell when I first open the package?

Some items—especially those made from fabric, foam, rubber, plastic, or sealed packaging—may have a slight odor at first.

  • Wipe routinely with a soft cloth
  • Avoid harsh chemicals unless the product page explicitly allows it
